April 2007
The club will vote on approval of changes in the club's By-Laws.
Participation in the monthly Coin Game has been weak. The Board has requested the membership vote on their desire to continue the Coin Game. A vote will be taken at this month's meeting. If the answer is "No", the game will end. If the consensus is "Yes", an additional vote will be taken on how the game should be played.
This month's program will be a lecture presented by Doug B. titled "The Life and Money of Longacre." May's program will be "Making the Grade", a lecture by George C. The June program is titled "Unusual Facts About the Early Lincoln Cents", presented by Bob H. July's program will be an expanded Show & Tell. November's program will be an auction of 75 items. Any member who would like to present a program, give a lecture, or has suggestions for programs, see Fran R.
The monthly auction is filling up early each month. In order to give more members an opportunity to participate in the auction, please indicate your priority lots as items #1, #2, #3, etc. This will help if a member's lot must be dropped for that month..
Club T-shirts will be available at the meeting. The cost will be $10/shirt, white or grey, M, L, XL, or XXL. Orders for Club Polo Shirts will be taken at the next few meetings. If you want one, see Fran R.
