This month's program will be titled "State Money, Tax Tokens", presented by Denny M. July's program will be a lecture on "The History of the Carson City Mint", presented by Dennis R. Any member who would like to present a program, give a lecture, or has suggestions for programs, see Fran R.
Club T-shirts will be available at the meeting. The cost will be $10/shirt, white or grey, M, L, and XL.

Congratulations to Bill J. for winning the 2002 Silver Proof set. July's raffle prize will be a 1881-S Morgan silver dollar in "Choice" UNC condition. The long-term raffle is for club members and any number of chances may be purchased. See John K. at the meeting to record your $1.00/chance donation.
There will be a Coin Show at the VFW on Saturday, June14 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Club members are welcome to attend the monthly Board meeting. The next meeting will be Monday, June 30, at 7:30 PM at Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach campus, Advanced Technology Center, room H-248. (See the printed newsletter for details.)
A Get Well card was sent to Tom C. Tom was very ill and in the hospital for a total of thirteen days. He is home now and doing well.
A Sympathy card was sent to the family of John R. John (83) passed on May 15 after a long fight with cancer. John was a long-time member of the club and a quiet peacemaker at board meetings.
Bob must receive information on Auction lots for the July 9, 2008 meeting by June 27 (See the paper newsletter for instructions on how to submit auction lots.)
