The next meeting will be Wednesday, October 13, 7:30 PM.

Guy C. will give this month's program, an ANA slide presentation, "Coinage of Christian Imperial Rome". November's program will be a discussion of our upcoming 50th Anniversary Medal design.

Board member nominations are this month, elections in November, and installation of Board members and Officers in December.

Young Numismatist Quiz:  Name all US mints, past and present. YN Adviser, Jack L.

Coin Game this month:  Bring a US Commemorative Silver Half Dollar (1892 - 1954). Be prepared to give a short history of the coin. Last month's winner was Tom C.

Drawing this month for the 1975 Barbados One Hundred dollar gold coin in proof condition. December's raffle prize will be a 1970-S small date Lincoln Cent in MS-65 condition. The long-term raffle is for club members and any number of chances may be purchased.  See Jack L. at the meeting to record your $1.00/chance donation.

Club members are welcome to attend the monthly Board meeting.   The next meeting will be Monday, November 01, at 7:30 PM.  (See paper newsletter for details and directions.)

Virginia Beach Coin Show, October 09 & 10, Pembroke Hall, 4815 Virginia Beach Blvd., Sat.10-5, Sun. 10-4. This is a TCC, Inc. sponsored event.

Coin shows: November 06, at the V.F.W. October 16, Charlottesville. Not club sponsored events.

Sympathy card sent to Jack L. Jack's wife, Bobbie, died the last week in September.

Get well card sent to Alyce H. Alyce has been sick and will return soon.
